I'll admit it.  I'm a name brand gal.  I eat Jif peanut butter, I wear Nine West shoes, and my home could be a Pier 1 showroom.  What can I say?  I'm a slave to marketing and always have been.

All that may help define how I spend my paycheck, but it's not what I do.  I don't sell designer products to people who can't afford them.  I don't convince clients they need something they don't need.  I don't sell products or services that have no value.

From the time I was a little girl, I was taught that you treat others how you want to be treated.  You make friends by being a friend.  In a nutshell, I'm a Golden Rule gal.

I sincerely care about the people for whom and with whom I work.  I put a lot of effort into ensuring that I am exhausting all avenues so that my clients, employer, and I can thrive.  I believe education is an ongoing process.  If I'm not working with someone who is on a constant quest for more knowledge, a new skill, a new contact, or a new goal, I feel like I'm cheating myself.

Willingness to be held accountable and hard work have been huge contributors in my success personally and professionally.

My first job out of Gannon U, where I earned a B.S. in marketing, took me West to Colorado where I enjoyed a short-lived taste of true Western lifestyle.

After my move back to PA from CO, I was lucky to be hired as Marketing Director at Ignite Advertising and managed four diverse clients located in central PA.  Shortly after my arrival there and by an odd twist of fate, the in2it/Bilski partnership was initiated and I couldn't be happier.   I'm in the same time zone and state as the people I love, doing what I love for a company in which I've found much happiness and fulfillment.
